Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Life Engine: Habit Tracker account (app.lifeengine.habits), published by Kafra Technologies LLC, and exactly which data is erased or kept.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the app

Fastest option. Takes effect immediately.

  1. Open Life Engine on your phone.
  2. Tap the settings icon, top right of the home screen.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Sign in once more when asked — this confirms it is you.
  6. Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away.

If you use the app without an account, nothing is stored on our servers. Uninstalling removes everything held on your device.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

Use this if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in. Fill this in and it will prepare an email to [email protected] with everything we need.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record, including the email address and name from Google or Apple sign-in
  • Every habit, completion, streak, group and achievement stored in the cloud
  • Everything held on your device: habits, history, reminders and settings
  • Your push notification token
  • The link between your account and your purchases

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase and subscription records — kept as required by law for tax, accounting and refunds, and so a repurchase can be restored. These are held by Google Play, Apple and our billing provider, and are not ours to delete.

Anonymous usage and crash statistics — retained in aggregate. Once the account is gone these carry no name or email and cannot be traced back to you.

Copies inside encrypted backups — purged within 30 days. Deleted data is never restored from them.

Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days. Deleting from inside the app is immediate.
